The VICE-CHAMBERLAIN OF THE HOUSEHOLD reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as follows:
I have received your Address praying that I will withhold my approval from the Statute made by the Senate of the University of London on 21st March, 1951, amending the Statutes of the University.
