asked the Minister of Education whether her Department will prepare and issue a report on post-war achievements in secondary education for all.

Does the right hon. Lady agree that there has been already a tremendous development in secondary modern education and that it is important we should all know about it, because something new and creative is beginning in British education?

I think we must consider when exactly would be the best time to sum up the changes that have taken place.
