I beg to give notice that on going into Committee of Supply on the Army Estimates, I shall call attention to the need for accepting a realistic view of National Service, for considering a reduction in the period of service, and for moving for a House of Commons inquiry into the whole question of National Service, especially upon the waste of manpower in the Army, and move a Resolution.
