I have to inform the House that I have received from the President of the National Assembly of France a letter enclosing an extract from the report of the proceedings in the Assembly on the 8th of this month, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Entente Cordiale. I will place these documents in the Library of the House and circulate a translation of them in the OFFICIAL REPORT. I have written to the President expressing on behalf of the House our sincere thanks for this message of friendship.
