The VICE-CHAMBERLAIN OF THE HOUSEHOLD reported Her Majesty's answer to the Address, as follows:

I have received your Address praying that the Transfer of Functions ( Ministry of Materials) Order, 1954, be made in the form of the Draft laid before Parliament.
