Amendment made: In page 4, line 1, leave out subsection (1) and insert:
(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires.—
"The Act of 1921" means the Trusts (Scotland) Act, 1921;
"the court" means the Court of Session; and
"trust" and "trustee" have the same meanings respectively as in the Act of 1921. —[The Lord Advocate.]

At this stage, hon. Members will not wish me to go through this rather technical legal Bill. I am grateful to hon. Members for the co-operation which I had in Committee and here.
