asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will instruct Her Majesty's Government's representative on the Security Council to raise the question of the continuation of the struggle between the people of Nagaland and the Indian Government, in view of the threat to world peace inherent in the situation, and with a view to obtaining a peaceful and satisfactory settlement.

No. This is an internal matter for the Government of India. Her Majesty's Government do not consider that any threat to world peace is involved and I see no grounds for intervention.
