asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) if he will reduce the import tariff of 20 per cent. on steam rail locomotives and tenders;(2) if he will reduce the import tariff of 20 per cent. on cycles not motorised;(3) if he will reduce the import tariff of 30 per cent. on cars;(4) if he will reduce the tax import tariff of 33⅓ per cent. on pipe cleaners.
