asked the Lord Privy Seal what reply he has made, as co-chairman of the Geneva Conference, to the complaint sent to him by the International Commission for Vietnam that the United States of America and South Vietnam authorities have refused to accept control of the landing in South Vietnam of United States helicopters and accompanying military personnel.

The International Control Commission have made no such complaint.
