asked the Lord Privy Seal how the United Kingdom delegate voted on the resolution considered by the Security Council on 13th December on the proposal to establish a seven-member committee to visit South-West Africa and to arrange with the Republic of South Africa the early independence of that country; and which delegations voted for the resolution, which against, and which abstained.

There has been no discussion of such a resolution in the Security Council.
