asked the Minister of Health by what date there will be sufficient bed capacity within the Sheffield Regional Hospital Board's area satisfactorily to accommodate all the subnormal patients who are in urgent need of hospital treatment.

The number of additional beds in schemes now in progress or due for completion by spring, 1963, approximately equals the number on the urgent waiting list as last known.
