asked the Postmaster-General if he will place in the Library of the House a copy of the rules to which members of the Post Office Engineering Union are now working.

Because of the wide diversity of the work the complete engineering instructions are extremely voluminous and I doubt whether it would be useful to do as my hon. Friend asks. But I will gladly give my hon. Friend information about any of the rules he may have in mind.
