asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will now publish his proposals concerning the Horsham Town Map.
My right hon. Friend has sent the West Sussex County Council his proposed modifications to the Horsham Town Map. It should be possible to publish these within a week or so of his receiving the council's comments.
Boundary Commission's Proposals (Lincolnshire)
asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he has now reconsidered the question of the Boundary Commission's proposal for the villages borderning on Lincoln in the light of the decision to appoint a Royal Commission; and whether he will now abandon proposals for changes in Lincolnshire pending the report of the Royal Commission.
No. I have received the Inspector's report on the public local inquiry at Lincoln and am now considering on their merits the Local Government Commission's proposals for the extension of the county borough in the light both of the report and of the decision to appoint a Royal Commission. I shall announce my conclusions as soon as possible on these proposals and on the other proposals which the Commission has made for Lincolnshire.

Territorial Army And Army Emergency Reserve (Training Bounties)
asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether any increase in the rates of training bounties for the Territorial Army and Army Emergency Reserve, to which he referred in his statement on 29th July, 1965, has yet been decided.
Yes. All members of the Territorial Army and Army Emergency Reserve who complete the training requirement for the 12 months ending on 31st October, 1966, will be paid new rates of training bounty which will be, on average, some 25 per cent. higher than the existing rates. There will be a similar increase in the rate of parachute bounty. The efficiency bounty, payable to soldiers in the Territorial Army and Army Emergency Reserve, and the supplementary bounty for voluntary training, payable to soldiers in the Territorial Army, will in all cases be increased by one-third.
Territorial And Army Volunteer Reserve
asked the Secretary of State for Defence what further progress he has made in consultations with the Council of Territorial and Auxiliary Forces Associations about the reorganisation of the Army reserves.
After consultations with the Council of Territorial and Auxiliary Forces Associations the Government have decided that the Army's volunteer reserve force shall be known as the Territorial and Army Volunteer Reserve (T. & A.V.R.). The parts referred to in the White Paper on the Reorganisation of the Army Reserves as Army Volunteer Reserve I and II will be known as T. & A.V.R. I and II. For administrative purposes they will be referred to collectively as volunteers and this designation will be reflected in unit titles. The Home Defence Force, the establishment of which was announced in the House on 2nd February, 1966, will be known as T. & A.V.R. III; for administrative purposes and in unit titles they will be referred to as Territorials.Discussions with the Council on other aspects of the Reorganisation are continuing.
