asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any representative of the International Red Cross has inspected the detention camps in Aden.
Mr. Padley
Yes. A representative of the International Red Cross Committee spent several days visiting the detention camp on two separate occasions in March and May of this year.
