asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether Her Majesty's Government intend to renew the Five Party Agreement on cereals between the United Kingdom, Argentina, Australia, Canada and the United States of America, when the current agreement terminates on 30th June, 1971.

The question of levy arrangements for cereals to operate after the expiry of the Five Party Agreement will be a matter for discussion with the Governments of the four major supplying countries during the negotiations on which we are now embarking.
