asked the Secretary of State for Social Services up to what levels of earnings will two- and three-child families be entitled to remission of ophthalmic and dental and prescription charges and to free welfare milk.

The following are the levels at which full remission of the respective charges will be obtainable:time as alterations are made in the structure of local government.The National Health Service will be administered by health authorities outside local government working closely with the local authorities responsible for the personal social services and the public health services. The Government are not satisfied however that the detailed administrative proposals in the Green Paper of February, 1970, would create an efficient structure of a unified service. They are studying the comments made on the proposals, and, before reaching final decisions of their own, will consult with the organisations concerned.
