asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will now announce the membership of the committee to review the penalties for homicide in Scotland.

The following have accepted my invitation and that of the Lord Advocate to serve on the Committee: The Hon. Lord Emslie (Chairman), Mr. L. I. Gordon, C.B.E., Miss E. I. W.
