asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what was the identity of the aircraft that flew low over Westminster and Kensington at 02.10 on Saturday, 21st November; who were the operators; what was the flight number; what was the recorded noise level; and why it was so great.

A Pan American Boeing 707 on Flight Number PA 161 flew over Westminster and Kensington at a height of 2,500 feet at about 02.10 on 21st November, approaching to land at Heathrow. There seems to be nothing unusual about this flight. Noise levels of aircraft on approach are not recorded.
