asked the Secretary of State for the Environment which of the representations made to him for and against the runway extensions of Leeds/Bradford Airport, respectively, were from individuals, local authorities or other responsible bodies.

For the extension:

25 from individuals, 5 from local authorities and 7 from industrial firms and local associations.

Against the extensions:

38 from individuals and 1 from a local association.
