asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what other relevant considerations, in addition to the views of the United Kingdom National Fanners' Union, were taken into account by the Government in proposing a six-year transition period for agriculture before the United Kingdom becomes a full member of the European Economic Community.
