asked the Minister of Aviation Supply what further action he has taken beyond the visit by the Defence Land Agent, to meet a claim for £705 18s. as a result of a sonic boom by Concorde and submitted to him in letters dated 28th October and 26th November, from an address at Cury Cross Lanes, and forwarded to him both by the claimant, and the hon. Member for St. Ives.

I understand the Claims Commission accepts that damage was caused on this occasion by Concorde's boom, and that an offer of compensation will be made shortly.
