Captain Kerby
asked the Minister of Aviation Supply when his receiver and manager of the bankrupt Beagle Aircraft Limited expects Messrs. Price Waterhouse and Company, whom he has instructed, to file the accounts of this company, for the period July, 1968, to December, 1969, with the Registrar of Companies.
Mr. David Price
I am informed by the liquidator that Messrs. Price Waterhouse & Co. have reached an advanced stage in their examination of the company's transactions and will complete their work as expeditiously as possible. Accounts for the period will be filed with the Registrar of Companies as soon as possible thereafter.
