Mr. Elystan Morgan
asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list those persons employed in his Department who are specially qualified to advise him on the various consequences to Wales of United Kingdom entry into the Common Market.
Mr. Peter Thomas
I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer given to him on 9th July by my right hon. Friend the then Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. The consequences for the United Kingdom as a whole of our possible entry into the E.E.C. are wide- ranging. I am able to obtain advice from officials of my own Department and of other Departments.—Vol. 803, c. 80.]
