asked the Prime Minister whether he is satisfied with the co-ordination between Her Majesty's Customs and the Director of Public Prosecutions concerning material which if distributed in Great Britain is contrary to the Race Relations Act, 1965: and whether he will make a statement.

I have been asked to reply.The Race Relations Act does not impose any duties on the Customs and Excise.
