asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has received the communication from the hon. Member for West Ham, North, of 10th December, 1970, showing that the authorities concerned, for which he has Ministerial responsibilities, are refusing to take action in accordance with their statutory authority to enable the hon. Member to carry out his Parliamentary duties; and what action he proposes to take concerning this matter.
