asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many dentists were in the administrative county of Flintshire in 1948 and how many there are today; and what was the population of Flintshire then and now.

Of the dentists on the Denbighshire and Flintshire Executive Council Dental List the numbers practising in Flintshire were 36 at 5th July, 1948, and 24 at 31st December, 1969. The mid-year civilian population figures for Flintshire in 1948 and 1969—the latest available—were 137,580 and 167,920 respectively.
