asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will seek to amend the Race Relations Act, 1965, to allow Her Majesty's Customs and Excise to confiscate material which, if published in Great Britain, would be unlawful under the Act.

My right hon. Friend has no evidence to suggest that this is necessary at present.
