Resolved,

That, in the opinion of this House, provision should be made, as from the beginning of this Session, for the payment to each of the Members who shall have secured the first ten places in the ballot for Private Members' Bills of not more than £200 towards the cost of drafting assistance for such Bills.—[Mr. Whitelaw]
