asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry to what extent the availability and attractions of the empty Government-built factories in Carmarthenshire are brought to the attention of potential tenants by the regional office of his Department

Of the three advance factories available the two at Llanelli have been suggested to 143 firms enquiring for new production space and that at Hendy has been suggested to 46 firms. Our Office for Wales will continue to bring the factories to the attention of all suitable industrialists.
