Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to companies and to dealing in securities and, in connection therewith, to amend the law of bankruptcy and the law relating to the registration of business names, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State by virtue of that Act.—[Mr. Hicks.]
