asked the Minister for Energy whether he is aware that the export firm, Daniels of Cam, is bringing into service new and more efficient plant ; and whether he will make an energy allocation to this firm to enable it to test and use new and efficient plant at present lying idle.

I am sorry that at the present moment I cannot comply with my hon. Friend's wishes. However I have asked my officials to re-examine the case in the light of the new supply position.
