asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the membership of the committee on reparation by the offender.

As I indicated in reply to a Question from my hon. Friend the Member for Glasgow, Hill-head (Mr. Galbraith) on 23rd October 1973—[Vol. 861, c. 485–6]—Lord Dunpark has agreed to be Chairman of the Committee.
