asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will list in the Official Report the sums available to each regional health authority in England and Wales to be spent before the next financial year because of under-spending in 1973–74.

The present arrangements for health authorities to carry forward within limits unexpended parts of their allocations for revenue expenditure were not in operation in 1973–74.
