The Council of EEC Agricultural Ministers on 9th and 10th December was devoted mainly to a first exchange of views on the European Commission's proposals for agricultural prices in 1975–76. The Council also considered the detailed arrangements to give effect to the major decisions previously taken on sugar.I would also refer the hon.
