Mr. Sydney Bidwell accordingly presented a Bill to exempt turban-wearing followers of the Sikh religion from the requirement to wear a crash-helmet when riding a motor-cycle: and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 21st February and to be printed.
