asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the sizes and costs of all projects for the clearance of derelict land by district council area—pre-April 1974 districts—for each year since the setting up of the Welsh Derelict Land Unit.

I regret that the pre-April 1974 information is not readily available in the form requested and cannot be provided without a disproportionate amount of work. The pre-April 1974 county totals covering the years 1967–73 are, however, published in the Digest of
