asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action is being taken by his Department towards implementing the Scottish Council (Development and Industry) Oceanspan concept.

I stated last year, when the hon. Member raised a similar Question, that as Minister responsible for economic planning in Scotland I would have full regard to the development possibilities referred to in the Scottish Council's Oceanspan reports. Decisions which I have taken subsequently bear this out.
