On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker—I am sure that the House wishes Mr. Speaker an early recovery—may I ask whether there has been any request for a ministerial statement on the explosion at an electricity pylon at Cornhill-on-Tweed which is alleged and claimed to be the work of the Tartan Army?

On the first point, I will convey the good wishes of the House to Mr. Speaker. On the second point, there has been no such request.
