asked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will arrange for the Welsh Development Agency to have premises elsewhere in the United Kingdom and abroad for trade promotion and attraction of industry purposes.

It will be for the agency, in consultation with me, to determine how to carry out its promotional rôle.
