asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report the number of instances of plagium made known to the police in each of the past 10 years, the number of men and women proceeded against for this offence in each of the past five years, and, in the case of women proceeded against in the past five years, the result of the case and length of sentence, if any.
