Mr. Reginald Prentice, supported by Mr. Edmund Dell, Mr. Solicitor General, Mr. Edward Rowlands, and Mr. John Grant, presented a Bill to make provision as to the application to the Crown Agents for Oversea Governments and Administrations, and bodies corporate wholly owned by them, of the Moneylenders Acts 1900 to 1927 and the Moneylenders Acts (Northern Ireland) 1900 to 1969: And the same was read the First time: and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
