asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether the French Government backed an advertising campaign in the United Kingdom in favour of French cauliflower at a cost of some £30,000; and how many crates of French cauliflower were imported during January this year as compared with January last.

The advertising campaign for the promotion of Brittany cauliflowers was arranged through SOPEXA, the French Farm Produce Export Promotion Board, which receives some help from the French Government.
