Mr. Secretary Ross, supported by the Prime Minister, Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Secretary Benn, Mr. Secretary Shore and Mr. Bruce Millan, presented a Bill to establish a Scottish Development Agency; to provide for the appointment by the Secretary of State of a Scottish Industrial Development Advisory Board, to make provision for assistance in connection with air services serving the Highlands and Islands; and for connected purposes; and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow; and to be printed.
