I have been asked to reply.The additional costs to the Refreshment Department of such arrangements are prohibitive at the present time. It must be understood and accepted that provision of such vending machines in Norman Shaw North would necessarily mean that the other outlying buildings in which Members and their secretaries are accommodated would also need the same service.
