asked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection what proposals she has to review consumer representation in nationalised industries; and how many additional representatives she envisages will be required to fulfil her proposals.

I asked the National Consumer Council on 28th April 1975 to undertake such a review as a matter of priority. It would not be appropriate for me to anticipate its results.
