asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he expects to present his proposals for amendment of the Firearms Act (Northern Ireland) 1969.
Mr. Moyle
A proposal for a draft Order-in-Council to amend the Firearms Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 was published on 16th May. Copies of the proposal and of the accompanying explanatory document are available in both Houses of Parliament.
