The current common import levy on butter—82 per cent. fat—is 144·03 ua/100 kgs, £746·07 per ton. The common levy on cheese varies according to type of cheese. On Cheddar cheese, it is 121·29 ua/100 kgs, £628·19 per ton; on matured Canadian Cheddar 15 ua/100 kgs £77·69 per ton.
