Democratic Elections

Sir Brandon Rhys Williams, supported by Mr. Clement Freud and Mr. William Hamilton, presented a Bill to amend the law relating to Parliamentary and local government elections; to enable electors to register an alternative vote; and for purposes connected therewith: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 11th July and to be printed.
