asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many Government factories are vacant at the present time.

In Wales there are 10 Government factories and 10 nursery units for which the Department of Industry are seeking tenants.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales, how many advance factories in Wales are currently planned or under construction: how many are allocated; and how many are vacant.

There are 29 advance factories and 42 nursery units in the planning stages of which two nursery units have been formally allocated; 10 advance factories are under construction of which one has been formally allocated and three advance factories and 10 nursery units are vacant.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many inquiries and first visits, respectively, from outside Wales there were to factory premises within Wales between 1st January 1975 and 30th May 1975.

There were 160 inquiries for industrial space, and 69 individual first visits for the same purpose.
