Retail Price Index And Post Office Charges

asked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection if she will list in the Official Report the increase in the retail price index between 1964 and 1975, taking 1964 as 100, and the increases over the same period of (a) charges for letters, (b) charges for parcels, and (c) charges for telephone services, again with 1964 as the 100 base.

The information which is taken from the General Index of Retail Prices, is as follows:
